What I'm Reading, Listening To, and Watching

  • Just finished Small Mercies by Dennis Lehane (who also penned Mystic River and Shutter Island). An excellent book set in South Boston in the 1970s during school busing. Lehane does a masterful job of creating characters through dialogue.
  • I'm now reading Along Came A Spider, by James Patterson. I've never been a fan of Patterson's work. His writing is sophomoric. It's feels even worse coming on the heels of Lehane's excellent book, but I'll give it a chance.
  • I've been watching a long video by Peter Attia on exercise for aging people. Highly recommended.
  • I'm still working on my Library for you.
