This week saw two new credit card signup bonuses:

The first is the largest bonus I'm aware of at $2,000 for the Capital One Spark Cash Plus. Details: Get $2,000 Cash Back once you spend $30,000 in the first 3 months. Earn an additional $2,000 cash bonus for every $500K spent during the first year
And for those with a small business who stay at Hyatt Hotels regularly, there's an increased signup bonus on this card.

Rates on savings accounts, CDs and no-penalty CDs have remained largely unchanged.

American Express increased the welcome offer on its Business Gold Card by 30,000 Membership Rewards points (now 100k)
